Finally I've re-designed my blog, I took the inspiration from my former WordPress fail blog and designed the new one based on the old "theme", I am very extremely happy with the way it looks, and I will return to regular blogging now that I have a good interface for doing so, and it wont fail, I can guarantee that since I've written every line of code that runs the damn website!

Me on writing the code for my own blog:
I thought I didn't have to do, since I AM a web developer, I should be able to get away from it in my own blog, and use some software...well I guess I was just dreaming.
However for the most part, we're finished (on the visual front). I'm going to hugely add to the back end of the blog, and eventually add User Commenting, possilbe trackback stuff....
Oh and the blog doesn't display too well in Internet Explorer 7 which is what I'm posting in at the moment, but all will be fixed, and again I'll be creating a "desined for Firefox" logo! haha...onto Opera and Chrome for testing now...
So this new blog is working out pretty well, I've written it really well, and in fact I've discovered new ways to achieve security as well as new ways to include files (in php).
It's great, and with this code I'm going to write a freeware Blogging Source Code with minor templating capabilities, but full brandability.
